Welcome to RusticMap.com ("the Site"), operated by Rustic Map ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of our "Geo-Radios Premium Listing" service ("the Service"). By purchasing the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Introduction & Our Mission

Our mission is to build a physical, traveling, and digital network that charts a new, authentic supply chain. We connect seekers of genuine goods, natural healing, and traditional knowledge directly with authentic people, artisans, performers, and wisdom keepers ("Artisans").

2. The Geo-Radios Premium Listing Service

The Service provides a featured, highlighted placement for an Artisan's profile on the Rustic Map. This is a promotional tool designed to increase the visibility of your authentic offerings to our community.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

To purchase a Premium Listing, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Represent an authentic source of goods, services, or knowledge that aligns with the Rustic Map mission (e.g., natural products, traditional crafts, cultural performance, natural healing practices).
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and listing process.
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Content Guidelines & Your Responsibilities

As an Artisan using our Service, you are solely responsible for all content you submit, including text, photos, videos, and links ("Your Content"). You represent and warrant that:

• Authenticity: All descriptions of your goods, services, knowledge, and practices are true, accurate, and not misleading.
• Ownership & Rights: You own or have the necessary rights to all Your Content, and it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Mission Alignment: Your Content and business practices align with the Rustic Map mission of authenticity, resilience, and support for local traditions. You reject corporate, disconnected chains and processed substitutes.
• Prohibited Content: Your Content must not be illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or promote violence, discrimination, or intolerance.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject, remove, or suspend any listing that we determine violates these guidelines or harms the integrity of our network.

5. Purchases, Payment & Fees

• Fees: You agree to pay the specified fee for the Premium Listing service, as published on the Site. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
• Payment: Payment must be made through our designated payment processor. You authorize us to charge the provided payment method for all fees incurred.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or other taxes associated with your purchase.

6. Listing Duration & Renewal

• The Premium Listing is active for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 30 days, 90 days, 1 year).
• We may offer an auto-renewal feature. If enabled, you will be notified before your listing renews, and you can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings.

7. Our Role as a Platform & Disclaimer

Rustic Map is a Curatorial and Promotional Platform, NOT a Marketplace or Merchant of Record.

• We connect Artisans with the public. We do not take possession of, sell, or ship any products listed by Artisans.
• We do not mediate transactions, handle payments for goods, or assume any responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any products or services offered by Artisans.
• Any transaction you enter into with an Artisan featured on the Rustic Map is strictly between you and the Artisan. We are not a party to that transaction and disclaim all liability arising from it.
• We do not endorse, guarantee, or make any representations about the quality, authenticity, or efficacy of any Artisan's goods, services, or knowledge. It is your responsibility to conduct your own due diligence before engaging with any Artisan.

8. Intellectual Property

• Your Intellectual Property: You retain all ownership rights to Your Content. By submitting Your Content, you grant Rustic Map a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute Your Content in connection with the Service and the promotion of the Rustic Map.
• Our Intellectual Property: All content on the Site (except for Your Content), including the "Rustic Map" name, logo, design, and the concept of the geo-radios mapping system, is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rustic Map, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party (including Artisans).
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rustic Map and its licensees and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any claim that Your Content caused damage to a third party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your Premium Listing and account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
